Join us for a visit to Refuge, a local hydrotherapy spa. Stroll along the white sandy beach.  Or take a hike on the beautiful oak-filled trails of Garland Park. Enjoy a 70-minute, full-body massage, or participate in one of several guided creative activities.  

Our delicious meals will be a cornerstone of healing, providing our bodies with the essential nutrients required for overall well-being. One of the home owners has been known to bake fresh bread, cinnamon rolls, or homemade ice cream.  

The peace and tranquility of nature offers respite from the stressors of modern life, leading to improved mental and physical health, and even better sleep.
